Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless faulty) or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Information

Want a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the standard return process above.
  2. In your initial email, clearly state the item you’d like as an exchange (including size/color if applicable).
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
