Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect for your little one, we’re here to help!

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition with all tags attached
    • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Any items where the hygiene seal has been broken

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags

Refund Information

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
