• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to certain Asian and remote areas. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear (unless faulty)
• Items with broken hygiene seals

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged/incorrect items. We’ll arrange free return and expedited replacement.
